These matcha cookies feel like the perfect little winter pick-me-up. They are soft, chewy, and gently sweet with that cozy matcha flavor in every bite. It’s been so nice being able to stock up on baking staples from @Vitacost (they have nearly 40K health and wellness products!) and have everything shipped right to my door, especially during these chilly stay in and bake days. 🍪 You can find all the ingredients I used over on my link in bio if you want to try them too!
egg

cup all purpose flour

tsp baking soda

cup white chocolate chips

cup cane sugar

tbsp matcha powder

tsp baking powder

tsp vanilla extract
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, mix the butter, cane sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the white chocolate chips and gently mix to combine, do not overmix. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 350F for 10 minutes, until the edges are set and centers are soft.View original recipe
