tbsp shaoxing wine

tbsp fresh ginger

thai chili

tbsp light soy sauce

cup cooked white rice

tbsp chili paste

tbsp cooking oil

scallion

tbsp garlic
Instructions
- Heat up the wok and add the oil, brown the ground beef until the liquid is evaporated. - Add in the seasonings, including ginger, garlic, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, and chili bean paste.
