Instructions
Combine the chili oil, chili bean paste, soy sauce, Sichuan peppercorn powder, Shaoxing wine, and peppercorn oil to create the marinade. Marinate the thinly sliced beef in this sauce for 20 minutes. While the beef is marinating, slice the onions. Heat a skillet and sauté the sliced onions until softened.
