Instructions
1 : Marinate the squid with the listed seasonings for 15 minutes. 2 : Coat the marinated squid with rice flour. 3 : Heat enough oil to 350F. 4 : Fry the squid in batches for 3 minutes or until lightly brown. 5 : Transfer and set the fried squid on a paper towel-covered plate. 6 : In the same skillet, add garlic, Thai chilis, and the white part of scallions.
