What you need

cup sharp cheddar

cup shredded mozzarella

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt & pepper

scallion greens
cup potato

box cooked chicken
tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place InnovAsian Crispy Honey Chicken on a parchment-lined tray and bake for about 18 minutes. Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a bowl and toss with half of the included sauce packet. Set aside. - In a medium nonstick or cast-iron skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cover the pan for a few minutes to help them steam and soften. - Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside. - Add the chicken along with the remaining half of the sauce packet. Stir to combine everything evenly. - Sprinkle on shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on low heat for a few minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly. - Garnish with scallions and enjoy!View original recipe
