Instructions
1 : Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside. 2 : In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant. 3 : Add ground pork and cook thoroughly until browned. 4 : Stir in chili bean sauce, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cook for a few minutes. 5 : In a separate pot, heat chicken broth and soy milk until simmering. 6 : In a bowl, combine sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili oil to create the seasoning sauce. 7 : In serving bowls, divide cooked ramen noodles and top with meat mixture, bok choy, scallions, ramen egg, and pour hot broth over. 8 : Drizzle with the prepared seasoning sauce and serve immediately.View original recipe
