Instructions
1: Soak the rice cakes in warm water for 10–15 minutes until slightly softened. If using fresh rice cakes, a quick rinse is enough. 2: Cook the InnovAsian General Tso’s Chicken according to the package instructions. 3: In a large nonstick pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and scallion whites and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 4: Add the drained rice cakes and the sauce mixture. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until the rice cakes become tender and start to absorb the sauce. 5: Add the cooked General Tso’s Chicken. Toss everything together and cook for another 2–3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat everything evenly.View original recipe
