Zongzi

1: Soak glutinous rice and bamboo leaves in water overnight.

2: Prepare the fillings by cooking the red bean and mixing it with red bean paste.

3: Take a bamboo leaf, place a portion of glutinous rice in the center.

4: Add the filling on top of the rice.

5: Cover with more rice and fold the leaf to form a triangular shape.

6: Tie the dumpling securely with kitchen twine.

7: Repeat the process for all dumplings.

8: Boil water in a large pot and place the dumplings inside.

9: Cook for about 2 hours until the rice is fully cooked.
