What you need

Instructions
1. Add 6 cups water, pork ribs, 3 slices of ginger, and Shaoxing wine to a large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. 2. Once boiling, drain and rinse the ribs to remove impurities. 3. Return the ribs to the same pot. Add corn, radish, remaining ginger slices, scallion knot, and 4 cups water. 4. Bring to a boil, then immediately reduce to low heat. Cover and simmer for 1½ hours. 5. Season with salt to taste. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve hot with rice.
