What you need
cup sushi rice

cup water

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

tsp rice vinegar

tsp sesame oil

tsp sesame seed

scallion

tsp sriracha

avocado

seaweed

cucumber

radish
Instructions
1 : Wash the rice at least 3 times until the water runs clear. Drain and add to a medium pot. 2 : Add water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Then cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. 3 : Once the rice is cooked, immediately transfer it to a bowl and add rice vinegar. Mix well and set aside to cool. 4 : Cut sushi-grade tuna and season with the listed ingredients. 5 : For the toppings, you can use whatever you prefer. I like to get creative and shape half an avocado into a rose. 6 : Put the rest of the toppings onto a bed of rice and serve. Enjoy!View original recipe
