What you need
cup vegetable oil

tbsp chili oil

tbsp granulated garlic

onion

scallion greens

long pepper

tbsp light soy sauce

tsp baking soda
tsp cornstarch
tsp oil
Instructions
1 : Cut the flank steak into thin slices and marinate with the listed seasonings. Cover and let it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes. 2 : Heat 1 cup of oil until hot and add the beef. Fry until brown and slightly crispy. 3 : Leave about 2 tbsp of oil in the wok and add garlic, onion, scallion whites, and peppers. Stir for a minute until the onion starts to turn translucent. 4 : Add Thai red curry paste and mix well. 5 : Add the beef back and drizzle with chili oil.
