What you need

lb ground beef

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp dark soy sauce

tbsp fish sauce

tsp sugar

cup thai basil

thai chili

tsp soy sauce

clove garlic clove

shallot
tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add shallots, garlic, and chilies. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 2. Add in the ground beef and break it up with a spatula. Stir-fry until the meat is fully cooked and slightly browned, about 5–6 minutes. 3. Pour in the listed sauces. Toss to coat the beef evenly and let it cook for another 1–2 minutes until glossy and slightly caramelized. 4. Turn off the heat and stir in the Thai basil. The residual heat will wilt it perfectly while keeping the flavor fresh and aromatic. 5. Add rice into serving bowls, top with the Thai basil beef. Enjoy!
