tsp 5 spice powder

tsp white pepper

tsp chicken bouillon powder

egg white

cup sweet potato starch noodles

tsp baking powder

thai basil

tsp chili powder

tsp smoked paprika

tsp salt
Instructions
1 : Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with the listed ingredients. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for more flavor. 2 : In a small bowl, combine all the seasoning mix ingredients and set aside. 3 : Add the sweet potato starch and baking powder to a shallow bowl and toss the chicken pieces in the mixture, coating them evenly. 4 : Fry the chicken in small batches at 350°F for about 3-4 minutes or until lightly brown. Repeat with the remaining chicken. 5 : Double fry the chicken until crispy and golden brown. 6 : Add fresh basil for 30 seconds. 7 : Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken and toss the fried basil on top.
