tbsp rice vinegar

oz imitation crab meat

oz salmon

oz cream cheese

tbsp sriracha

scallion

Instructions
1 : Cook the rice and season with rice vinegar. 2 : Combine salmon, imitation crab meat, cream cheese, kewpie mayo, sriracha, and scallion in a mixing bowl. Mix well. 3 : Add the rice to a baking pan and flatten out evenly. 4 : Add the salmon and crab mix on top and flatten out evenly. 5 : Sprinkle with a layer of furikake. 6 : Drizzle with more kewpie mayo and sriracha. 7 : Bake in the oven at 400F for 10 minutes until the top turns brown. 8 : Garnish with chopped scallions and enjoy!View original recipe
