What you need

tbsp canola oil

onion

cup dry breadcrumbs

cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
1 : Preheat the oven to 375 F. 2 : Lightly clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems. 3 : Finely chop the stems along with garlic, onion, scallion, and jalapeños pepper. 4 : Add oil to a skillet and add chopped onion and stems. Cook until the onions turn translucent and tender, about 4 minutes. 5 : Add garlic, jalapeños pepper, and white parts of the scallion. Cook on medium-low heat for 2 minutes until fragrant. 6 : Transfer to a heat-proof mixing bowl and let it cool for a few minutes. 7 : Season with salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, and mix well. 8 : Place the mushrooms on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and fill with the mixture. 9 : Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the tops turn golden brown. 10 : Garnish with cilantro and more cheese if desired.View original recipe
