1 : Season both sides of chicken breast with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. 2 : In a skillet over high heat, fully cook the chicken, about 6 minutes. Then cut the chicken into thin slices. 3 : In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, add oil, chili oil, chili bean paste, and grated garlic. Stir for 1 minute until fragrant. 4 : Add chicken broth along with miso paste. Bring it to a light simmer. 5 : Cook ramen noodles in a separate pot according to package instructions, then drain. 6 : Assemble the spicy miso ramen by adding a few spoons full of broth into a serving bowl. For the spicy lovers, add a couple tbsp of chili oil for the extra kick. 7 : Add the cooked ramen noodles and any toppings of your preference, such as wood ear mushrooms, cooked chicken, ramen egg, scallions, and nori.
