Instructions
1: Brown the ground beef in a wok. 2: When the liquid is all evaporated, add in red chili peppers and jalapeño peppers, stir for about a minute. 3: Add in the seasonings: soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, Shaoxing wine, spicy sesame oil, cayenne pepper, black pepper, Sichuan peppercorn powder, and chili oil. 4: Once everything is cooked, turn off the heat and toss in chopped scallions and stir. 5: Serve the cooked ground beef on top of freshly cooked white rice.View original recipe
