What you need

tsp sesame oil

silken tofu

tbsp garlic

tsp sugar

tbsp soy sauce

tsp rice vinegar

tbsp dried chili flakes
tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Carefully drain the tofu and transfer it to a serving plate. 2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. 3. Sprinkle the scallions, garlic, and chili flakes over the tofu. 4. Pour hot oil directly on top to sizzle and bring out the aroma. 5. Drizzle the sauce mixture over the tofu to coat. Serve cold.
