What you need

tsp chicken seasoning

egg yolk

box noodles

scallion

tsp soy sauce

dash chili oil

lb chicken

cup water

tbsp mayo
Instructions
1. Heat a small pan with a little oil. Add the grated garlic and scallion greens, and stir-fry until fragrant. 2. Add the minced chicken and cook until no longer pink. 3. Season with doubanjiang and soy sauce, stirring until the chicken is cooked through and evenly coated. Set aside. 4. In a pot, cook the noodles for about 4 minutes. 5. In a serving bowl, combine the ramen seasoning, egg yolk, Kewpie mayo, and grated garlic. Mix until smooth. 6. Pour in the hot water and stir to combine. 7. Add the cooked noodles and top with spicy minced chicken, garnish with a soft-boiled egg and scallion whites, and finish with a drizzle of chili oil if you like extra heat.
