Instructions
1 : Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2 : Add frozen dumplings and cook until the bottoms are golden brown. 3 : Pour in water, enough to submerge the dumplings halfway. 4 : Cover and reduce heat to medium. 5 : Steam for about 15 minutes or until water almost evaporates. 6 : In a bowl, mix peanut butter, grated garlic, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili crunch, and water until smooth. 7 : Add the spicy peanut sauce to a plate and arrange the cooked dumplings on top. 8 : Drizzle with chili oil for extra heat and garnish with cilantro.
