Instructions
1 : Add your favorite wood pellets to the grill, I recommend hickory, apple, or cherry. Preheat to 250°F. 2 : Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if not already done. 3 : Drizzle a thin layer of olive oil (or mustard) on both sides of the ribs to act as a binder for the seasoning. 4 : Generously apply your BBQ spice rub to both sides of the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated. 5 : Place the ribs in the center of the grill grates. 6 : Close the lid and let the ribs smoke undisturbed for the first 2 hours. 7 : After 2 hours, spritz the ribs with the apple cider vinegar and apple juice mixture. Insert a temperature probe into the thickest part of the ribs. 8 : Smoke until the internal temperature reaches 195-200°F, spritzing every 45 minutes. 9 : Once the ribs are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for about 10 minutes before serving.View original recipe
