What you need

tsp salt

tsp light soy sauce

tsp sugar

tbsp chili oil

tsp sesame oil

tsp white sesame seeds

clove garlic
Instructions
1 : Use a large knife, such as a cleaver to smash the cucumber until it cracks open. Alternatively, you can also use a rolling pin or a meat tenderizer. 2 : Cut it into bite sizes and transfer to a large bowl. 3 : Add salt and mix well. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes. 4 : Drain the liquid and season with soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili oil, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and garlic. 5 : Mix well. 6 : Serve immediately or cold.
