1: In a big bowl, add chili oil, cayenne pepper powder, light soy sauce, Sichuan peppercorn powder, Chinese black vinegar, and salt. 2: Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the sweet potato noodles for about 5 minutes according to the package instruction. 3: In a smaller pot, bring 2 cups of chicken broth to boil. 4: Fire up some peanuts in the wok for 7 minutes until crispy and smoky. 5: About 30 seconds before the noodles are done cooking, add in your preferred vegetables. 6: To assemble the bowl, pour in 2 cups of hot chicken broth and mix well. 7: Then add the noodles, top it off with fried peanuts, veggies, cilantro, scallions, and chopped pickled mustard greens.View original recipe
