Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, scallions, ginger, garlic, egg white, light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, sugar, white pepper, and cornstarch. 2: Mix well to form the filling. 3: Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of filling in the center. 4: Gather the edges of the wrapper and pleat to form a dumpling shape, leaving the top open. 5: Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling. 6: Arrange the shumai in a steamer basket and steam for about 15 minutes until cooked through.View original recipe
