What you need
tbsp oil

tbsp garlic

oz raw shrimp

tsp soy sauce

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp water

tbsp chili oil
Instructions
1 : Add seasonings to shrimp and marinate for 10 minutes. 2 : Make the sauce mix by combining the listed ingredients. 3 : Cook the lo mein noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain under cold water to stop the cooking process. 4 : Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet and add the marinated shrimp, cook until they turn pink, then transfer out and set aside. 5 : Add another tbsp of oil to the skillet and add garlic, sweet chili peppers, and scallion. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant. 6 : Add the cooked noodles and pour in the sauce. Toss everything together well and add the shrimp, mixing until the sauce is fully absorbed. 7 : Garnish with more scallions and serve!View original recipe
