What you need
tsp oil

tsp ginger

tsp garlic

scallion

tsp light soy sauce

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp white pepper

Instructions
1 : In a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and ground beef. Cook the beef until brown and the fat is released. Discard the grease (leave about 1 tsp in the skillet) and set the beef aside. 2 : Add ginger, garlic, and scallion. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the cooked beef and season with Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, cayenne pepper, and white pepper. Stir to mix well. 3 : In a small soup pot, add water and bring it to a boil. Add the seasonings included in the instant ramen packet. 4 : Add mushrooms and instant noodles. Cook until the noodles are soft and chewy, about 3-4 minutes or according to the package instructions. 5 : Serve immediately and top with the ground beef. Enjoy!View original recipe
