What you need

tbsp scallion

tsp white pepper

tsp sesame oil

cup chicken broth

oz ground pork

oz dried shrimp

tbsp light soy sauce

tsp white pepper

tsp salt

egg white

tbsp fresh ginger

Instructions
1 : In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced shrimp, light soy sauce, white pepper, salt, egg white, grated ginger, scallions, and sesame oil. 2 : Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. 3 : Lay out a piece of wonton wrapper and place 1 tsp of filling in the center. 4 : Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, pressing the edges to seal. 5 : Bring the two corners of the triangle together, wet one corner with water, and press to seal. 6 : Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the wontons and cook until they float to the surface, about 3-4 minutes. 7 : In a serving bowl, add scallions, white pepper, sesame oil, dried seaweed, and chicken broth. 8 : Add the cooked wontons to the bowl, mix gently to combine and let the flavors meld.
