What you need

oz shiitake mushrooms

clove garlic

tbsp chili oil

tbsp light soy sauce

tbsp dark soy sauce

tbsp oyster sauce

tsp white pepper

cup low-salt chicken broth
Instructions
1 : In a small bowl, combine the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, and unsalted chicken broth (or water). Mix well and set aside. 2 : Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3 : Add the mushrooms and sauté until they have released their excess liquid and are turning golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. 4 : Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring frequently to prevent the garlic from burning. 5 : Add KA-ME Udon Stir-Fry Noodles and pour in the stir-fry sauce. 6 : Cook and simmer the noodles, gently separating them until they begin to loosen and absorb the sauce, about 3-4 minutes. 7 : Toss everything together to ensure the noodles are well coated with the sauce. 8 : Drizzle chili oil and garnish with scallions.View original recipe
