What you need

tbsp fresh ginger

tbsp granulated garlic

scallion

green bell pepper

red bell pepper

shiitake mushrooms
oz chicken breast

tsp soy sauce

tbsp water
tsp cornstarch

tsp white pepper

tbsp chicken broth

tbsp chili oil
tsp cornstarch
Instructions
1 : Marinate the chicken with the listed ingredients for 20 minutes while preparing the other ingredients. 2 : Pour boiling water over the noodles to loosen them up, then drain. 3 : Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok and cook the chicken until nearly done. Remove and set aside. 4 : Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil to the wok and stir-fry the ginger, garlic, white part of scallions, green and red bell peppers, and mushrooms until the vegetables are wilted, about 3 minutes. 5 : Add the noodles and sauce, mixing until the sauce is fully absorbed. 6 : Return the chicken and toss everything together. 7 : Turn off the heat and add the green parts of the scallions.
