What you need
cup cornstarch
cup oil
tbsp oil

tbsp granulated garlic

scallion

red pepper

serrano pepper

tsp salt

tsp white pepper
Instructions
1 : Use kitchen scissors to trim off the claws and other sharp edges. 2 : Cut the back of the shrimp open and devein. 3 : Rinse them under cold water and pat dry. 4 : Drench the shrimp in cornstarch. 5 : Heat oil to 375F and fry the shrimp for about 1 minute until golden brown. 6 : Transfer them onto a paper towel-lined plate. 7 : Add oil to a wok over medium heat. 8 : Add garlic, scallions, and peppers.
