What you need

cup water

tbsp white vinegar

cup soy sauce

cup mirin

cup sake

cup water

slice ginger
Instructions
1 : Bring a large pot of water to boil and add vinegar. 2 : Carefully add the eggs in and stir them for the first 30 seconds to center the yolks. Cook for a total of 6 minutes. 3 : Transfer the eggs to an ice bath. Let them cool down completely for 4-6 minutes. 4 : In a saucepan, add soy sauce, mirin, sake, water, and ginger. Bring to a simmer for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool down completely. 5 : Peel the eggs and add them to the container. Pour the marinade over the eggs, and place a paper towel on top to keep them submerged. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. 6 : Serve with your favorite dishes and enjoy!View original recipe
