Pepper Steak Stir Fry

A simple and delicious stir-fried dish with super tender beef and spicy long hot peppers. A little tip for a mild flavor is to remove the seeds from the peppers.

What you need

hot pepper sauce

clove garlic

tsp ginger

tbsp cooking oil

tsp white pepper

tbsp soy sauce

tsp baking soda
tsp cornstarch

tsp water
tsp oil
Instructions
1 : Cut beef into thin slices and marinate with the listed seasonings. Cover and let it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes. 2 : Mince garlic and deseed long hot pepper, cut them into thin slices. 3 : Heat a wok until hot, add oil and bring it to smoke. 4 : Carefully add the marinated beef and sear until about 60% cooked with some pink visible. Transfer out and set aside. 5 : Add the remaining oil to the wok over medium heat and add garlic, ginger, and peppers. Fry for 30 seconds until they are fragrant. 6 : Add the beef back and season with white pepper. Mix well. 7 : Serve with a bowl of white rice and enjoy!View original recipe
