Instructions
1 : Cut the ostrich meat into thin slices and marinate with the listed seasonings. Cover and let it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes. 2 : Heat a skillet until hot, add 2 tbsp oil and marinated meat. Sear until about 60% cooked with some pink visible. Transfer out and set aside. 3 : Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil to the skillet over medium heat and add garlic, onion, and peppers.
