tbsp Miso Soybean Paste

firm tofu

tsp seaweed

scallion
Instructions
1 : In a small pot, add the water and dashi powder. Stir until the dashi powder dissolves. 2 : Bring the mixture to a light simmer, then immediately turn off the heat. 3 : Add the miso paste, using a small strainer to help dissolve it. 4 : Add the cubed tofu and dried seaweed.
