1 : Cut the cabbage into quarters. 2 : Take one cabbage leaf and layer a slice of meat on top. Repeat this process until all the meat and cabbage leaves are used. 3 : Once layered, cut them into sections about 2-3 inches wide. 4 : Place each section upright in a pot, filling it snugly. Add mushrooms to the center. 5 : Tuck the ginger slices between the layers, then pour in the broth. 6 : Cover and bring to a light boil over medium heat.
