What you need

tbsp white vinegar

cup soy sauce

cup water

cup honey

tbsp granulated garlic

scallion

red pepper

green pepper

Instructions
1 : Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add vinegar. 2 : Carefully add the eggs and stir them for the first 30 seconds to center the yolks. 3 : Cook over medium heat for a total of 6 minutes. 4 : Transfer the eggs to an ice bath and cool completely for at least 6-10 minutes. 5 : Make the marinade by combining the listed marinade ingredients. 6 : Peel the eggs and add them to the marinade. 7 : Place cling wrap or a paper towel on top to keep the eggs submerged, then cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for the best result. 8 : Serve over freshly made rice and garnish with scallions.View original recipe
