A gooey and delicious loaded grilled cheese sandwich with a mix of cheeses, sausage, red pepper, and onion, all between crispy golden bread.

What you need
tsp oil

shallot

red pepper

oz ground sausage

tsp white pepper

tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
1 : Add oil to a skillet and add shallot and red pepper. Cook until the shallot turns translucent. 2 : Add the ground sausage and cook for 5 minutes until fully cooked. 3 : Season with white pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix well. 4 : Shred Monterey Jack and Sharp Cheddar cheese. Combine and toss well. 5 : Spread butter evenly only onto one side of the bread. Turn it over and add 1/2 of the cheese mix, followed by cooked sausage pepper and the remaining cheese mix. Place the other slice of bread on top. 6 : Transfer it to a cold skillet and turn the heat to medium-low. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the bottom side turns golden brown. 7 : Spread butter onto the top side. Flip it over and continue cooking until the bottom turns golden brown and the cheese is melted. 8 : Serve immediately and enjoy!View original recipe
