Instructions
1 : Season chicken wings with listed seasonings. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight. 2 : Preheat oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange wings. 3 : Bake wings for 25-30 mins, flip, cook another 15 mins until crispy. 4 : In wok or skillet over medium heat, add oil, minced ginger, garlic, red chilis, and scallion whites. Stir for 30 seconds. 5 : Add sauce ingredients, bring to light simmer. 6 : Reduce heat, slowly add cornstarch slurry, stir until thickened. 7 : Add chicken wings, stir to coat with sauce. 8 : Add roasted peanuts, mix well. 9 : Garnish with scallions and enjoy!View original recipe
