What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp sugar

tsp chili powder

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions
1 : If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob. 2 : In an oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the corn kernels and sauté for about 5 minutes until the corn is cooked and softened. 3 : Add sugar, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to evenly coat the corn with the seasonings. 4 : Reduce the heat to low and add Kewpie mayo. Stir until the mayonnaise is well incorporated and coats the corn. 5 : Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the corn.
