oz king oyster mushroom

oz cocktail sausages

oz baby bella mushroom

cup kimchi

cup baked beans

scallion

instant ramen
cup gochugaru

tbsp gochujang

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp rice wine

tbsp sugar

tsp black pepper

tbsp granulated garlic

tbsp water
Instructions
1 : Make the sauce by combining the listed ingredients. 2 : In a medium size shallow pot, arrange onions, firm tofu, spam, king oyster mushrooms, cocktail sausages, Korean rice cakes, baby bella mushrooms, kimchi, baked beans, scallions, sauce mix, and unsalted chicken stock. 3 : Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat. 4 : Stir the sauce mix and add instant noodles and sliced cheese. 5 : Cook for 3 more minutes until the cheese is melted and the noodles are cooked through. 6 : Garnish with scallions, Serrano peppers, and Thai chili peppers.
