cup unsalted butter

fl oz kimchi

bunch scallion

cup all purpose flour

oz macaroni pasta

cup shredded cheddar

cup shredded mozzarella

cup full fat milk

Drain and set aside. 2: In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. 3: Add gochujang, chopped kimchi, and kimchi juice. 4: Add flour and stir to mix well. 5: Slowly add milk and whisk to avoid lumps. 6: Reduce heat to low. Add the cheese, stir until melted. 7: Season the sauce with garlic powder and black pepper. 8: Add the cooked macaroni to the mixture.
