What you need

cup cooked rice
can spam

tbsp garlic

scallion

yellow onion
tbsp oil

tbsp sesame oil
egg

Sushi Nori

sesame seed

tbsp kimchi

tbsp gochujang

tbsp light soy sauce

tsp sugar
Instructions
1 : Dice onion, garlic, scallion, kimchi, and spam. 2 : In a mixing bowl, add kimchi juice, gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well. 3 : Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add spam and fry until crispy. 4 : Add onions, garlic, and white parts of scallion. Quickly stir fry for 20 seconds. 5 : Add the kimchi and stir for 3 minutes until soft and liquid evaporates. 6 : Add the day-old rice and break up clumps while stirring. 7 : Add the sauce and mix well. 8 : Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil. 9 : Garnish with fried egg, sesame seeds, scallions, and shredded nori.View original recipe
