What you need

enoki mushrooms
tbsp oil

scallion

tsp granulated garlic

tsp fresh ginger

tbsp light soy sauce

tbsp sake

tbsp mirin

tbsp water
tsp asian sesame oil

tsp chili paste
Instructions
1 : Cut the roots off of the enoki mushrooms, wash and separate them into 9 small bundles. Pat dry with a paper towel. 2 : Prepare the sauce by combining all the ingredients listed and mix well. 3 : Take one piece of thinly sliced beef and place a small bundle of enoki on top, roll the beef around and fold tightly. 4 : Oil in the skillet and sear the beef rolls until both sides are brown. 5 : Turn the heat to medium-low and add the sauce. Let it simmer for a few minutes. 6 : Plate the rolls and garnish with scallions and Japanese seven spices.View original recipe
