Instructions
1 : Heat oil in a pot. 2 : Add minced garlic and sauté briefly. 3 : Pour in the soon tofu soup kit contents and add water or stock. 4 : Stir in Korean hot pepper flakes and add Thai chili. 5 : Add jumbo shrimp and seafood mushrooms, cook until shrimp are done. 6 : Add chopped scallions and crack in the egg. 7 : Simmer for a few more minutes until egg is cooked. 8 : Serve hot and enjoy!View original recipe
