Instructions
1: Exfoliate the chicken with salt, then rinse. 2: In a pot, add water, ginger, and scallions, and bring to a boil. 3: Add the chicken and cook until fully poached. 4: Remove the chicken and let it rest. 5: For the rice, heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger, and sauté. 6: Add rinsed jasmine rice and sauté for a minute. 7: Pour in chicken stock and cook until rice is fluffy. 8: For the chili sauce, mix grated garlic, grated ginger, chili peppers, sugar, salt, and chicken stock. 9: For the ginger garlic sauce, mix oil with grated garlic, grated ginger, salt, and rice vinegar. 10: Serve chicken sliced with rice and sauces on the side.View original recipe
