Instructions
1: Cut half an onion into thin slices. 2: Combine dashi stock, sake, soy sauce, and mirin. 3: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the onion, cook until translucent. 4: Add the beef and separate them as they cook. 5: Pour the sauce mixture in and let it simmer for 3 minutes. 6: Prepare a bowl of white rice and add the cooked beef along with the remaining sauce. 7: Garnish with scallions and top it off with an egg yolk. 8: Optional: sprinkle some ichimi togarashi (chili pepper).View original recipe
