1 : Snap off the tough ends of snow pea leaves and remove any curly tendrils if there are any. 2 : Wash thoroughly under cold water and drain. 3 : Heat a wok over high heat until smoking and add oil. 4 : Turn the heat down to medium-low and add sliced garlic. Fry for 20-30 seconds until fragrant and slightly brown. 5 : Add the snow pea leaves and turn the heat to high. 6 : Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn deep green and tender. 7 : Add salt and white pepper.
