What you need

tbsp granulated garlic

tbsp scallion greens

tbsp light soy sauce

tsp white sesame seeds
tbsp oil
Instructions
1 : Add noodles to boiling water and cook according to package instructions until they are chewy (around 5 minutes). Drain and transfer the cooked noodles to a bowl. 2 : Add 2 tbsp neutral oil to a saucepan and heat until it smokes. Another method is to use a wooden chopstick and dip it in the oil; if the end bubbles steadily, then the oil is ready. 3 : To the noodles, add garlic, scallions, soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, sesame seeds, Thai chili peppers, Sichuan chili powder, and heated oil. 4 : Mix until the noodles are all coated with the sauce.
