egg nog

tsp salt
tbsp oil

scallion

tbsp light soy sauce

tsp chili oil

tsp white pepper
Instructions
1 : Crack two eggs in a bowl and add salt, beat them until the whites and yolk are blended. 2 : Prepare the sauce by combining light soy sauce, chili oil, and white pepper in a small mixing bowl. 3 : Heat a wok until smoking. Add oil and pour in the eggs. Scramble until halfway cooked and immediately add cold rice. Stir and break up any clumps. 4 : Pour the sauce mix around the wok and stir until everything is well combined. 5 : Add chopped scallions and turn off the heat.
