1 : In a small bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well-beaten. 2 : In a soup pot over medium heat, add the chicken broth and season with salt, white pepper, and turmeric powder. Bring it to a light boil. 3 : Reduce the heat to low. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the broth. Stir until the broth thickens. 4 : Slowly pour the beaten eggs, gently stirring to help the eggs form into ribbons. 5 : Turn off the heat, drizzle sesame oil, and add scallions.
